Role Description
The Sales Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Chelsea, London, with a start date in late August. This role involves:
- Welcoming customers
- Providing attentive and knowledgeable service
- Supporting sales on the shop floor
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Managing fitting rooms
- Processing transactions
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards

The Sales Assistant will also:
- Help receive, process, and display new stock
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Support online order preparation and click-and-collect services when required
- Share product and brand knowledge
- Champion Loop Generation's commitment to resale and sustainability
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer experience goals
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with diverse clients and deliver a premium in-store experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to provide product information, explain resale processes, and liaise effectively with the team.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend suitable items, and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain an orderly store environment, and handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, or luxury environments is beneficial, along with an interest in designer brands and sustainable fashion.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, including weekends or peak periods, with reliability and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
