About You:
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our Flagship Store in Covent Garden on a flexible part-time basis (24 hours per week). As a brand ambassador, you’ll bring exceptional customer service skills and share our passion for sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
Day to Day:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
- Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store Nobody’s Child products.
- Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring assigned areas are kept in presentable condition.
- Ensuring consistent knowledge on Nobody’s Child products and new arrivals, with an ability to cross-sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
- Processing POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Handling returns.
- Supporting with visual merchandising (VM).
- Suggesting ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Representing our brand positively and passionately.
- Actively contributing to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.
