The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our sales team in delivering top-notch service to our clients. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in sales and tourism. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, bookings, post sales and administrative tasks while learning the ropes of the ski travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional approach
- Assist in processing bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the sales team with preparing quotes, itineraries, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to upsell additional services like ski passes, equipment hire, and insurance
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing schedules
- Stay informed about our ski destinations, packages, and seasonal offers to assist customers effectively
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for travel, skiing, or the outdoors – no prior ski industry experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Basic proficiency in Google Drive, G-mail, G-Suite; experience with CRM systems is ideal
- Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential
