Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and providing product and service information. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and support client needs.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales skills and a basic understanding of sales processes to assist in meeting targets and promoting products or services.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage documentation, orders, schedules, and promotional materials efficiently.
  • Relevant experience in a retail, sales, or customer-facing role is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or point-of-sale software are advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred; further education in business or marketing is an asset.
