Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and providing product and service information. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and support client needs.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Sales skills and a basic understanding of sales processes to assist in meeting targets and promoting products or services.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage documentation, orders, schedules, and promotional materials efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a retail, sales, or customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or point-of-sale software are advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred; further education in business or marketing is an asset.
