Sales Assistant
Sales Assistant Bracknell Johnstone’s Decorating Centre Full-Time | Permanent Position
Summary We have an exciting permanent full-time vacancy for a Sales Assistant within our Architectural Coatings division. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join our friendly, supportive team.
About the Role Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a customer-facing environment alongside a good understanding of IT systems. While this is desirable, we’ll fully support you with in-store training to build your confidence and expertise.

A day in the life…
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers on-trade counters & in-store with a friendly, professional approach
- Completing training to confidently recommend products and sell our brand
- Ensuring the store remains clean and well-presented
- Managing stock levels, including deliveries and restocking shelves
Key Skills (Desirable):
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication & positive customer focus
- Basic IT system familiarity
- Flexibility in working hours/duties
- General organisation & teamwork skills
- (Driving license optional but helpful)
