Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant (8 Hours per Week)

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join the team in our Norwich store, working closely with Chris and the rest of the squad.

The role offers an 8-hour contract per week, with potential overtime. We’re looking for someone able to commit to weekdays, weekends, evenings—even during bank holidays.


The Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant at CT, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while hitting sales and KPI targets. Here’s what the job involves:

  • Customer Service Excellence – Use expert product and selling skills to create exceptional experiences, ensuring you’re up to date with our latest promotions and stock ranges.
  • Collaborative Teamwork – Support colleagues and actively contribute to team efficiency, driving store success.
  • Stock Management – Handle tasks like:
    • Stock checks and accuracy audits
    • Replenishment and restocking
    • Processing deliveries
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Housekeeping – Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards and uphold Health and Safety guidelines.
