Full Time Sales Associate
Location:
- Concessions based in Harvey Nichols and Liberty London
- Availability: Entire week, including weekdays & weekends (essential)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Full-Time Sales Associate to contribute to our brand’s success and support our partners’ stores in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store standards. This role thrives on fostering client engagement, building lasting relationships, and embodying our premium, fast-paced brand ethos.
The Sales Associate will leverage their selling expertise to:
- Assist customers in purchasing decisions.
- Act as an effective brand ambassador.
- Cultivate rapport with existing and new clients.
- Provide outstanding service across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:
- Assist and engage customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Prioritise high client satisfaction, positively impacting both sales and service.

Sales & Verbal Communication:
- Utilise exemplary selling skills to identify customer needs and close sales.
- Strengthen customer relationships with department managers and teams.

Merchandising & Operations:
- Stock management: Conduct stock takes, manage deliveries, and ensure visual merchandising and replenishment.
- Drive sell-through on slow-moving items.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues.

- Brand Advocacy:
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of PAIGE garments, including fits, materials, and manufacturing.
- Represent the brand as a positive ambassador.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Previous retail experience (or relevant customer-facing roles, e.g., hospitality).
- Denim and department store experience is highly preferred.
- Strong fashion retail knowledge and proven sales performance.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Availability: Willingness to work business hours, including lates, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Communication & Customer Service Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage diverse client interactions.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with adaptability.
