Sales Assistant - Entry Level
Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Role - Immediate Starts Available (Central London) Client Training & Upskilling Opportunities Available
Are you looking to broaden your skills within a customer-facing environment? Interested in gaining practical experience in sales and customer engagement?
Please Note: Candidates must be UK residents or eligible to work in the UK with full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week).
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their growing sales and marketing team in Central London. No previous experience is required, as client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment.
Successful individuals will support customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of recognised and non-profit clients through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings.
What's On Offer
- Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.
- Upskilling Sessions: Opportunities to attend client training and daily upskilling sessions covering communication, customer engagement and brand representation.
- Recognition & Incentives: Additional financial incentives and recognition opportunities may be available based on individual and team performance.
- Team Environment: Weekly social nights and team activities, such as bowling, dinners, BBQs and pub nights, may be available when targets are achieved.

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Strong English communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confidence interacting with people face-to-face.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week).
- Ability to commute to Central London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing clients through face-to-face customer engagement.
- Supporting customer acquisition campaigns within retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings.
- Delivering a professional customer experience while representing recognised brands.
- Attending client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions.
- Working collaboratively with other team members.

No previous experience is required. However, individuals from customer service, retail, hospitality, front of house, waiting staff, bar work, sales, marketing, care, warehouse, administration and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity. This is a subcontracted opportunity where earning opportunities consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
