About the Role
Are you highly organized, great with people, and looking to grow your career in sales? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at our Phoenixville (PA) location. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative to keep business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, your day-to-day work includes:
- Customer Interaction & Support: Provide exceptional service by answering client questions, tracking orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Lead Qualification: Assist the Outside Sales Representative in screening and qualifying incoming leads to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Order Entry & Tracking: Accurately log and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely processing.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with vendors to manage logistics, check product availability, and track shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and sales reps to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements & Skills
We’re looking for a candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and strong administrative skills to the role. Ideal candidates will have:
- Exceptional Organizational Ability: Multitask effectively, prioritise workloads, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- People Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist across departments.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable learning new software, entering data accurately, and using tools like Excel, CRM systems, and order management platforms.
- Preferred (but not required): Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles. We prioritise attitude and training potential over strict experience.
