Are you highly organized, great with people, and looking to grow your career in sales? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at our Phoenixville location. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative to keep business moving smoothly.
From managing orders to being a friendly voice for our customers, your work will directly impact our team's success. If you are a proactive team player who loves solving puzzles and building relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and vendor coordination:
- Lead Qualification: Assist the Outside Sales Representative by vetting and qualifying incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains strong and efficient.
- Order Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter customer orders into our system, monitor their progress, and ensure timely processing.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, coordinating logistics, checking product availability, and tracking shipments.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, providing updates on orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and strong administrative habits to the table.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and never let the details slip through the cracks.
- People Person: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software, entering data accurately, and navigating basic office programs (e.g., Excel, CRM tools, or order management systems).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
