💵 Salary: Starting at £12.75 per hour (£24,863 per annum), increasing to £13.44 once full training is completed
📍 Location: Bury
🕒 Job Type: Full-time
🔄 Flexibility:Availability required Monday to Sunday
⭐ Bonus Opportunity: Earnt up to £2,000 extra per year in discretionary bonuses based on performance against key KPIs
What You’ll Do
As a Store Colleague, you’ll represent the heart of H&T, delivering a warm welcome and expert support in one of our 285+ stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
- Maintain high standards of compliance and keep stores looking professional
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to exceed targets
- Handle all transactions accurately and securely
- Multilingual skills are an advantage – we’re proud of our diverse customer base!
