Sales Assistant – Monobrand Showroom (London City)
Flexform, a leading brand in genuine Made-in-Italy design furniture, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join its prestigious monobrand showroom in London City.
Key Requirements
- Educational background in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Decoration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
- Experience within the luxury sector is essential
- Familiarity with major design and architectural software, such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build client relationships
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for design and luxury products
- Availability to start **from 1st September
- Italian language skills are considered a plus

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients throughout their showroom experience
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving commercial goals
- Present products and design solutions in a professional and engaging manner
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure outstanding customer service
- Maintain showroom standards and brand image at all times
