Sales Assistant – Oxford Store
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Oxford. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About the Role
Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, including:
- Greeting and approaching customers
- Providing in-depth product knowledge
- Meeting KPIs and personal targets
Additional responsibilities:
- Processing payments, customer orders, and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintaining high standards on both the shop floor and in back areas
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, though customer service or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be provided.
