About the Role
shoezone seeks a Sales Assistant to join their team in Stevenage, offering a part-time (8-hour), permanent position with a flexible rota. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with competitive financial incentives and career development.
Rejoining a well-supported team, you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £4,180.00 – £5,312.78 per annum (depending on age), alongside additional benefits.

The Sales Assistant Role
We don’t expect you to have prior knowledge—our training programmes equip all Sales Assistants with the skills to excel in any role. To succeed, you should demonstrate:

- Strong motivation to learn and grow
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Thriving in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Possible keyholding duties (store management)
- Shifting flexibly to support the team based on business needs
Requirements
We’re looking for: ✅ Hands-on candidate – no hesitation to jump in and contribute effectively ✅ Team player with a "can do" attitude ✅ Flexible availability (exact duties and hours to be discussed during interview)
