Job Description Marella is looking for a passionate and motivated Full-Time Sales Assistant (40 hours per week) to join our concession team within Harrods, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a contemporary Italian fashion brand within one of the world’s most prestigious luxury department stores. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury retail standards Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships (CRM activities) Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards Support stock management and replenishment Work collaboratively with the wider Harrods and Marella teams Minimum Requirements Currently living in London Minimum 1 year of retail experience in high premium or high street brands Strong sales background with a customer-focused approach Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented with a genuine passion for fashion and styling Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) Key Skills & Competencies Sales-driven and target-oriented Strong clienteling skills Team player with a positive attitude Proactive and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment Attention to detail Professional and confident demeanour.
