About the Role
Join our franchise team as a full-time Store Ambassador (40 hours/week) in [your chosen location]. Become watermarked heroes, spreading awareness, engaging customers, and growing our sustainable hydration journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer-facing & Engagement
- Act as an ambassador for waterdrop®’s brand, values, and product.
- Uphold Retail Core Values that define our culture:

- Match customers’ needs with our sustainable hydration solutions.
- Address product queries knowledgeably, including:
- Features, benefits, pricing, and eco-benefits of Microdrinks.
- Capture customer data to build loyalty and expand our database.
- Respond effectively to enquiries, complaints, or concerns with prompt, solution-focused action.
- Offer expert guidance through our 6-Step Selling Ceremony.
