The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Assistant - Keyholder, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
What’s On Your Daily Menu
These are the everyday ingredients you’ll be working with:
Customer Service: Be the friendly face that greets our guests and offers expert advice on our premium cookware range. Sales: Season your day with sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit those tasty targets. Product Knowledge: Stay fresh and up-to-date with our menu of cookware products and promotions. Merchandising: Plate up a visually appealing store that’s clean, organised, and irresistible. Inventory Management: Keep the pantry stocked and organised, from unpacking deliveries to managing stock levels. Cash Handling: Serve transactions accurately and cash up like a pro. Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, ensuring everything is locked down and ready for the next service.
These duties appear when the business recipe calls for something special:
Inventory Management: Stock up and organise merchandise like a well-arranged pantry. Customer Feedback: Gather insights to spice up our service. Merchandising: Create displays that look good enough to eat.
Additional Duties: Add a pinch of flexibility to support store operations when needed

Other Requirements
Must be 18+ due to key‑holding, lone working and opening/closing responsibilities. Flexibility to work retail trading hours, weekends, late nights, and bank holidays as needed.
