Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant – Flexible Contract (Sunday–Saturday)

Role Overview

We’re recruiting a Sales Assistant for an exciting flexible 24-hour contract (Sunday–Saturday), balancing the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekends: 7:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Thursday finish strictly at 8:00 PM mandatory for this role.
  • Probation period: 13 weeks.

What the Role Involves

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional retail experience – Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling.
  • Maintain store presentation –
    • Carry out stock replenishment efficiently.
    • Ensure the store is tidy, inviting, and visually engaging to encourage positive shopping experiences.
    • Hit high standards of display and merchandising, so products are easy to find and well-presented.
  • Teamworking – Support colleagues with a positive, team-directed attitude.
