MSI Sales Assistant Position
MSI is a world leader in gaming, content creation, business & productivity and AIoT solutions. Bolstered by its cutting-edge R&D capabilities and customer-driven innovation, MSI has a wide-ranging global presence spanning over 120 countries. We are currently looking for a fast learning Sales Assistant to join our London office in the UK.
Major Responsibilities:
To provide a comprehensive sales support service by communicating between various departments of the headquarters, local sales teams, and UK clients and ensuring the sales order will be delivered to clients smoothly.

Main Daily Tasks:
- Support the team on day-to-day tasks
- Process and organize: sales orders, sales order records, and stock reports
- Track and process: Invoices, credit notes, SOA activities, client’s payment record, and reporting to financial teams
- Follow up the logistic status after client placing the sales order; including communicating with headquarters’ logistic department; feedbacking to local sales teams; and updating to UK clients
- Support sales team by channel deployment on managed accounts
- Manage own logistics activities for assigned accounts; including coordinating with warehouses and freight providers, arranging shipments, tracking deliveries, resolving logistics issues, and providing timely updates to sales teams and clients

Previous Experience and Skills:
- Education: A-Level or equivalent
- Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal, typing, and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, collaborative, well-organized, and punctual
Advantages:
