Job Description SALES ADVISOR FULL TIME @ MAX MARA CONCESSION – LONDON DEPARTMENT STORE Max Mara is looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our team within one of London's most prestigious department stores. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Max Mara on the shop floor — embodying the brand's heritage, craftsmanship and refined Italian elegance, while delivering an exceptional client experience to a discerning international clientele. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Mara's brand philosophy, service standards and quality expectations Drive individual and team sales targets set by the Store Manager, contributing to the overall performance of the location Build, develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling activities (CRM tools, follow-ups, appointments, in-store events) Provide expert styling advice and product storytelling, communicating the heritage, materials and craftsmanship behind each piece Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained and that the floor is impeccably presented at all times Continuously develop product knowledge, fashion awareness and competitor insight Handle client queries, after-sales requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion Act as a true brand ambassador within the multi-brand department store environment, representing Max Mara's values and customer-centric culture Candidate Profile Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience; previous experience in luxury fashion or within a London department store is a strong advantage Fluent English Genuine passion for fashion, style and the Max Mara universe Proven ability to build a personal client book and develop loyal relationships Goal-oriented, proactive and motivated by both personal and team KPIs Polished presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a true service mindset Flexibility to work weekends, peak trading periods and key retail events
