Sales Assistant

Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant position, based in Greater London. The Sales Assistant will engage directly with customers to provide outstanding service, support sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth.

- Assist customers with product selection
- Maintain store appearance and aesthetics
- Stock shelves and organize inventory
- Handle transactions efficiently and professionally
- Enhance the shopping experience with personalized product advice
- Drive sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Support all sales-related initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a passion for engaging with people
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and articulate information sharing
- Proven sales expertise, with an understanding of strategies to meet targets
- Effective organization skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge or interest in fashion and retail trends is highly desirable
- Prior sales or retail experience is a bonus, although not mandatory
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
