We are currently searching for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. Our successful candidate will have experience in looking after customers and representing the brand he/she/they work for. With a high level of enthusiasm, communication, and attention to detail, and puts our customers' needs at the heart of every decision.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
- Maximising conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention.
- Analysing sales performance and implementing action plans when required.
- Supporting promotional events, product launches, and department store activations.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and minimising losses.

We are looking for someone who has:
- 1-3+ years in retail, luxury.
- Luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail experience preferred.
- Experience working at a concession or department store corner highly desirable.
- Strong sales and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Inventory and operational management.
- Ability to analyse KPIs and implement action plans.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
