What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Upsell, cross-sell, and make every customer interaction a win for both business and customer.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Share your expertise with enthusiasm while ensuring every customer leaves delighted.
- Stay in the Know: Master product features and promotions to provide accurate and helpful recommendations.
- Hit Targets: Turn goals into daily achievements, boosting sales performance.
- Support the Team: Maintain store standards with stock, visual presentation, and a well-organised workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural enthusiasm for sales and achieving results.
- Confidence in selling, making connections, and influencing purchases.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, including occasional shifts at nearby locations.
- A team player who is committed to going the extra mile.
