Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales & deliver exceptional service by achieving/exceeding KPIs while flawlessly executing ‘Every Moment Matters’—ensuring every customer experience is memorable.
  • Build rapport & loyalty by creating personalised connections, gathering customer data, and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: Share thorough product knowledge, curate stunning jewellery selections, and tell meaningful stories.
  • Focus on sales targets by optimising conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
  • Support store operations, including:
    • Assisting with stock deliveries.
    • Maintaining area standards.
    • Processing accurate till transactions.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A natural communicator, capable of engaging customers and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Passionate about the Pandora brand, with enthusiasm for jewellery craftsmanship and key sustainability principles.
  • Sales-driven, motivated by tangible goals and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfortable under pressure, delivering high standards even in fast-paced environments.
  • Team-oriented, motivated for ongoing growth and store success.
