- Mondays to Sundays (Covering 8 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Drive sales & deliver exceptional service by achieving/exceeding KPIs while flawlessly executing ‘Every Moment Matters’—ensuring every customer experience is memorable.
- Build rapport & loyalty by creating personalised connections, gathering customer data, and encouraging repeat visits.
- Act as a brand ambassador: Share thorough product knowledge, curate stunning jewellery selections, and tell meaningful stories.
- Focus on sales targets by optimising conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
- Support store operations, including:
- Assisting with stock deliveries.
- Maintaining area standards.
- Processing accurate till transactions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

- Sales-driven, motivated by tangible goals and exceptional customer experiences.
