Sales Assistant – Permanent (10 hours per week)

Working Arrangement

  • Hours: Mandatory all days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Schedule: 10 hours per week

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand—guiding customers through unforgettable shopping experiences while addressing sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Execute Pandora’s customer experience model, "Every Moment Matters", to exceed sales KPIs while delivering exceptional, memorable service.
  • Sales Fundamentals:
    • Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction targets.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalised care, with a focus on collecting valuable data for repeat interactions.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Share expertise about Pandora’s products, craftsmanship, and sustainability mission, tailoring dialogues to reflect brand values.
  • Store Operations Support:
    • Assist with stock receipts, maintain store standards (including visual merchandising), and handle cash transactions efficiently.
