Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
Sales Assistant – Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) | Pandora

Hours & Contract
- Schedule: Mondays–Sundays (flexible 8-hour weekly commitment)
- Contract: Fixed-term (6 months)
About the Role
At Pandora, we create moments that matter. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers discover beautiful, hand-finished jewellery that tells their story—turning every interaction into a special memory.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales & exceptional service:
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by delivering ‘Every Moment Matters’—creating unforgettable customer experiences.
- Build rapport & loyalty:
- Foster lasting relationships with customers, personalise service, and gather insightful data for future engagement.
- Embody brand ambassadorship:
- Share deep product knowledge, curate stunning jewellery selections, and craft stories that resonate with every customer.
- Hit sales targets:
- Focus on conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction to surpass goals.
- Support store operations:
- Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop standards, and ensure accurate till processing.

The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven individual who:

- Is sales-driven, thriving in goal-setting environments with a knack for inspiring others.
- Handles pressure well, thriving in fast-paced retail but keeping service standards high.
