Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
Sales Assistant – Permanent (8-hour weekly contract) | Pandora

Key Responsibilities
✔ Sales & Customer Experience
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by delivering the ‘Every Moment Matters’ customer experience model.
- Create memorable experiences tailored to each customer.
✔ Building Relationships & Loyalty
- Engage customers with personalised care.
- Collect insights for future interactions and build long-term loyalty.
✔ Product Expertise & Brand Representation
- Share detailed product knowledge.
- Curate stunning jewellery selections that tell stories and inspire customers.
✔ Meeting Sales Targets
- Focus on conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
