Hours & Contract
- Visas accepted: Sponsorship available for eligible candidates
- Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm | Fri-Sat evening shifts | Weekend positions
- Scheduled to work every day, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Commencement: 6th July 2024
- Hours: ~8 hours per shift
- Contract type: Permanent

£13.25 per hour

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers discover meaningful pieces, turning every visit into an unforgettable experience. Expect to:
- Welcome, engage, and build trust to connect with customers.
- Demonstrate and discuss our products while meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Support store operations, including stock processing, till transitions, and cleaning.
- Become a Brand Ambassador, aligning with Pandora’s values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
Duties
- Key responsibility: Personalise shopping assistance to boost conversions.
- Profitably upsell purchases while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Assure impeccable presentation of shop floor standards.
- Engage with team members to foster camaraderie and punctuality.
- Adhere to company policies and meet KPIs monthly, particularly:
- Number of units per transaction
- Targeted average transaction value
- Kü-turn goals (till transitions completed)
