What You’ll Be Doing
As part of a Reiss team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a premium, tailored customer service experience
- Supporting stock management, takings, and deliveries as needed
- Providing in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with:
- Customers
- Team members
- Management
- Upholding brand standards (visual presentation, store etiquette)
- Representing Reiss as a proactive brand ambassador

What You’ll Ideally Bring To The Role
We’re seeking individuals who embody these qualities:
- A passion for luxury retail (understanding of exceptional design and quality)
- Previous customer-facing experience (preferably in a fast-paced retail environment)
- Strong ability to view challenges from the customer’s perspective
- Outstanding customer service skills with a high-standard mentality
- Attention to detail in every interacton
- Adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities and workloads
- Team player mindset with collaborative adaptability
- Strong organisational skills (handling multiple tasks efficiently)
- Effective communication (both written and verbal)
- Commercial awareness with a sharp, goal-driven approach
