ABOUT THE ROLE:

Nephila is seeking a Sales Assistant | Partner Capital to support the Investor Relations Team (known as the Partner Capital Team). This is an entry-level role designed for a highly motivated candidate interested in institutional sales, investor relations, and alternative investments. The role provides hands-on exposure to capital raising and investor engagement, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, research, CRM management, and sales support. This position offers a strong foundation for career development within asset management.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and identify prospective institutional investors and consultants
  • Support outreach initiatives, including email communications and coordination of meetings
  • Support the Partner Capital Team during client meetings, keeping track of action items, taking notes, and scheduling follow-ups
  • Assist in monitoring market trends, investor activity, and competitive landscape
  • Provide general support to the Partner Capital Team on fundraising initiatives and assist in ad hoc projects where needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for investor meetings

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • You are passionate about supporting a sales team and raising capital;
  • You possess excellent communication and writing skills;
  • You are able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):

  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, or alternative investments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly Preferred: Experience in financial services, consulting, sales support, or research; familiarity with CRM systems
