Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Be passionate about design-led stationery, reflect that by loving the brand and products and transferring that passion to the customer.
  • Demonstrate your creativity and artistic abilities whilst working on the shop floor.
  • Live and breathe excellent service by helping our customer to purchase our design-led products whilst highlighting relevant promotions and upselling.
  • Have a flair for visual merchandising to ensure the products are eye catching for the customer.
  • Contribute towards making our New Concept Store the number one High Street Stationer.
  • Make it your goal to not only meet but also exceed the store's KPIs.
  • Replenish stock when needed to keep the store looking at its best.
  • Acquire an extensive level of product knowledge and continue to self-develop that knowledge.
