You’ll become part of the Smiggle team, helping to maximise store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences—boosting sales in a fast-paced, fun environment where you get to play with the products every day!
Sales Assistant Job Role
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with all team members to communicate effectively and support store operations.
- Being reliable and flexible with rostered shifts, including weekends, and assisting in store coverage (national support when needed).
- Driving sales to meet brand KPIs, store, and individual targets.
- Creating genuine, memorable experiences for every customer.
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and communicating features and benefits clearly.
- Processing deliveries efficiently upon arrival.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels for maximum visibility and sales.
- Upholding visual merchandising (VM) standards to enhance the brand experience.
- Keeping the store presentation and housekeeping at the highest standards.
