Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

About You
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on:
- Understanding store targets and deliverables
- Creating a unique shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and aligns with the Joules brand
- Collaborating as part of a team to maintain operational standards, both on the shop floor and in back-of-house roles
- Staying passionate about continual improvement and realising your retail potential
