Role Description

The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. This role involves welcoming and advising clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a premium in-store experience aligned with Sandro’s brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales activities
  • Managing fitting rooms
  • Handling transactions
  • Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards

The Sales Assistant will also assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory checks, while working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. This position requires an active contribution to a positive team environment and consistent representation of Sandro’s image and storytelling to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Effective Communication and Sales skills to engage clients, present products, and support the achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage tasks, maintain store standards, and support stock and inventory processes.
  • Previous experience in retail, fashion, or luxury environments is beneficial, along with an interest in contemporary fashion and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods in a dynamic store environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly for engaging an international client base.
