Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant – Timeless Elegance & Modern Retail (King’s Road, London)

Slowear is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store on King’s Road, London.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand rooted in timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to modern retail. As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a true brand ambassador and an “all-rounder” within the store, playing a key role in:

  • Driving sales performance,
  • Building your own client base, and
  • Supporting all aspects of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized service, creating meaningful and memorable client experiences.
  • Proactively develop and manage a personal client book through outreach and consistent CRM activity.
  • Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Support visual merchandising, ensuring the shopfloor remains aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on support in daily operations, including stock management and store upkeep.
  • Take initiative to contribute ideas that drive performance and enhance the client experience.

Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a boutique environment.
  • Menswear experience highly desirable.
  • Strong clienteling skills, with a proactive approach to CRM and client outreach.
  • Positive, results-driven mindset with strength in execution and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Commercially driven, with genuine interest in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within the role and brand.
