Working Hours & Shifts
- Hours per week: 16 hours, with opportunities for more
- Shifts: Flexible, Mon-Fri (AM/PM)
Salary
£10.55 – £13.85 per hour

What a Typical Day Looks Like
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:
- Serve customers with a smile, promoting Star Buys and ensuring a great shopping experience
- Help maintain store presentation and stock levels
- Play a key role in meeting store targets
- Enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role with ample opportunities to develop
- Be supported for growth, with training and leadership progression pathways

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Support stocking and store presentation
- Assist with meeting sales targets and store goals
- Train (if willing) and provide piercing services for customers
- Follow a general work ethic of positivity and adaptability
What You’ll Bring to the Role
