Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Manager with solid property sector experience to support our growing portfolio. The role focuses on property management, compliance, data tracking, and operational support. It also requires on-site visits to properties to monitor conditions, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage property documentation, compliance certificates, and tenant/landlord records with accuracy.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and producing reports/analysis.
- Carry out on-site property visits, coordinate inspections, and manage contractors/repairs.
- Ensure strong coordination with tenants, landlords, and contractors for efficient resolution of issues.
- Handle urgent problems and unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Follow through on both office-based and on-site tasks, ensuring issues are resolved end-to-end.

Requirements
- Previous real estate / property management experience is essential.
- Strong interest and proven ability in data analysis, CRM management, and document organisation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
- A valid UK driving licence is an advantage.
