We’re looking for a Sales Associate who brings presence, pace and positivity. Someone who can connect with customers quickly, tell the Oakley story with confidence, and deliver results without losing human touch.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with energy, asking great questions, and tailoring recommendations that genuinely fit their needs.
- Contribute to sales growth through confident advice, add‑ons where relevant, and closing the sale with purpose, helping the store hit its targets.
- Stay composed under pressure: keeping calm, professional and solution focused during busy periods and challenging moments
- Bring a “can‑do” mindset: taking initiative, staying positive, and stepping in to support customers and teammates without waiting to be asked.
- Help the team win: guiding new starters, sharing knowledge, and keeping standards high across the floor.
- Build product expertise and staying current through Oakley training.
- Create an inclusive experience: treating everyone with fairness and respect, and helping to build a welcoming environment where customers and colleagues feel seen
