As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in our customer experience, assisting customers in exploring our unique product range and finding styles that complement their personal look. What you’ll be doing?
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform inventory.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

What you’ll ideally bring to the role?
