We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associate positions.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
  • Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Perform inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

What you’ll ideally bring to the role?

  • Passion for premium or luxury products.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes and body language.
