Purpose of the Role

You will be a true Brand Ambassador able to interact seamlessly with a broad range of customers. You’ll naturally promote customer service excellence, responsible for the customer’s journey and in-store experience, ensuring they return time and time again. You will be hardworking, dedicated, able to quickly identify customer needs, and provide engaging styling options. Your commitment to exceeding customer expectations will support the store’s KPIs, contributing to overall performance and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by adhering to the Moss Essential Steps of Service, prioritising the customer throughout every interaction. Actively greet, listen, and confidently offer bespoke advice in a professional and passionate manner.
  • Strive for high productivity, capitalising on every opportunity to maximise sales and services goals, thereby elevating each interaction and significantly contributing to our business KPIs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all our services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store. Proactively use this knowledge to tailor the customer experience.
  • Be mindful of external opportunities that could enhance store performance and customer experience, drawing on Feefo feedback and Mystery Shops.
  • Assist store management with stockroom and back-area housekeeping: receiving deliveries, managing stock, and adhering to all stock & cash control procedures to minimise loss.
  • Follow the Appointment process by utilising the appointed platform, ensuring all customers are contacted prior to their visit, with accurate appointment status tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Basic Product Knowledge: Understanding our features, benefits, and available products.
  • POS Systems: Familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
