Purpose of the Role:

Customer Experience Lead (Brand Ambassador) will:

  • Serve as a true Brand Ambassador, interacting effortlessly with diverse customers
  • Champion customer service excellence
  • Manage the customer’s journey and experience in-store
  • Ensure repeat customers and return business
  • Deliver end-to-end brand representation through:
    • Outstanding service standards
    • Product knowledge
    • Proactive upselling

Core responsibility: Drive store KPIs by exceeding customer expectations. Contribute through personal productivity while maintaining a professional, passionate sales approach.

Customer Delivery

Essential Product Knowledge

Proficiency across:

  • Hire programs
  • Custom-Made services
  • Retail essentials
  • Alterations capacites
  • Ship-from-Store solutions

Proactive Problem Solving

  • Monitor feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shopper reports
  • Proactively implement improvements based on insights

Operational Support

  • Assist in stockroom functions:
    • Deliveries
    • Stock handling
    • Cash/stock control
  • Compliance with health & safety protocols

Appointment Management

  • Utilise appointments system for tailored scheduling:
    • Ensure timely communication with customers
    • Accurate status updates

What You’ll Bring

Technical

  • Product knowledge of features, benefits, and offering
  • POS Systems understanding:
    • Cash till operations
    • Credit card processing
    • Inventory technologies
