Purpose of the Role:
Customer Experience Lead (Brand Ambassador) will:
- Serve as a true Brand Ambassador, interacting effortlessly with diverse customers
- Champion customer service excellence
- Manage the customer’s journey and experience in-store
- Ensure repeat customers and return business
- Deliver end-to-end brand representation through:
- Outstanding service standards
- Product knowledge
- Proactive upselling
Core responsibility: Drive store KPIs by exceeding customer expectations. Contribute through personal productivity while maintaining a professional, passionate sales approach.

Appointment Management
- Utilise appointments system for tailored scheduling:
- Ensure timely communication with customers
- Accurate status updates
