Position Overview

What You’ll Do
As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the first truly friendly face customers encounter. Your mission:
- Inspire and educate – Share the excitement of cycling by showcasing innovative, high-quality Trek products.
- Build meaningful connections – Listen to customers’ goals, then tailor thoughtful, personalised recommendations.
- Create repeat customers – Turn first-time visitors into loyal members of your riding community.
- Embrace a fast-paced, team-driven environment – Support customers efficiently, collaborate with your team, and stay curious.
