Sales Associate Role
A Sales Associate plays a vital role within our stores. You’ll be part of a hard-working team, working closely with premium products, customers, and achieving daily targets.
We want our customers to experience "the Castore experience"—your role is to inform them about our products and drive service excellence in selling.
We are currently looking to recruit multiple Sales Associates on a zero-hours contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Represent Castore as a brand ambassador.
- Provide top-tier customer service.
- Advise and assist customers with product queries.
- Resolve complaints or escalate serious issues to the on-duty manager.
- Process all customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain stock by replenishing shelves.
- Assist with store deliveries and replacements.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
- On-site orders
- E-receipts
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase sales.

Skills & Experience
