Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll embody the FRAME aesthetic, delivering exceptional customer service while surpassing sales targets. You’ll build lasting client relationships through personalised styling and ensure every in-store experience reflects FRAME’s signature sophistication.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional service by understanding and anticipating client needs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through tailored styling advice and proactive follow-ups.

Sales Performance

  • Meet/exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant.
  • Maximise sales opportunities to drive store profitability.

Brand Representation

  • Embody FRAME’s refined values and visual identity.
  • Maintain expertise in collections, materials, and fit skills.

Store Operations

  • Present a clean, organised, and esthetically pleasing sales floor.
  • Assist with receiving/processing shipments and stock replenishment.

Teamwork

  • Collaborate to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in high-end retail/sales.
  • Passion for fashion with up-to-date knowledge of trends.
  • Sharp photographic memory and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask fluently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork ethic.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with POS/sales software (preferred).
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Working proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).

Work Authorization

  • Valid UK work authorisation.
