THE ROLE
Working from our Edinburgh retail location on Multrees Walk, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence.
Please note: This is a part-time, permanent position, based in Edinburgh. With 16 hours available, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week. There may also on occasion be the opportunity for overtime when required. Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
- POS transaction processing.
- Helping with visual displays within the store.
- Management of POS stock control and assisting on stocktakes, when required.
- Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
- Meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
- Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
- Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
- Providing customer service support using the Endear system.
- Providing general administrative support when and where necessary.

ABOUT YOU
To be a star candidate for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment (essential).
- Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours. (essential)
- Availability to flex hours up on occasion. (preferable)
- Exceptional people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Understanding the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.
- Interest in the luxury fashion industry.
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- A good level of numeracy and the ability to produce and maintain accurate records.
