About Heat Geek
At Heat Geek, we are tackling one of the UK’s biggest carbon contributors: home heating. 20% of all UK carbon emissions stems from home heating – and that contribution is even bigger on a global scale. At Heat Geek, we are changing that.
By simplifying a traditionally complex industry and revolutionising the technology used by installers, we’re making low-carbon heating mainstream. We are on track to prevent 1,000,000 kg of carbon from entering our atmosphere in Q1 of 2026, and we won’t stop there!
Why Join Us?
People are at the core of who we are and what we do:
- Decreasing homeowners’ energy bills to help with the cost of living.
- Empowering talented heating engineers to perform outstanding installations.
- Ensuring a greener world for all.
We believe in the power of what we can achieve together. We need passionate, talented, hardworking people to be a part of this journey.
Your Mission
Our Heat Geek team is excited to bring a Sales Enablement Associate into the fold.
This is your opportunity to own the most critical stage of our homeowner journey during a period of rapid expansion. Joining a newly formed team in a fast-scaling company, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth and sales processes. This role requires in-depth operational involvement in the pipeline, along with active participation in strategic discussions on how we market and scale in the future.
We’ve identified improving conversion as a critical metric for future success, and this role will be central to developing an approach that achieves it. Your mission? Work directly with the homeowner sales pipeline to increase conversion and drive successful decarbonisation of homes.
If you resonate with this—and you know you’re talented enough to excel anywhere—we want you to make an impact here, with us. Persist, be passionate, and care deeply about making a real difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Outputs
Pipeline Optimisation & Outreach
- Dynamic Lead Management: Own the homeowner sales pipeline to identify high-potential leads from the database, curate targeted outreach lists, and proactively engage with homeowners who’ve received a proposal to advance them toward installation.
- Conversion Advocacy: Engage directly with homeowners to clarify doubts, address technical or financial questions, and remove friction that holds them back from finalising a low-carbon home solution.
The 360° Growth Loop
- Systemic Problem Solving: Don’t just follow a script—help create it. Identify recurring blockers in conversion, devise and propose creative solutions, implement fixes, and thoroughly test findings to ensure effectiveness.
- The Experimental Engine: This is a dynamic role. Expect (and embrace) trial-and-error-oriented approaches. Aim to enhance outcomes through:
- Running homeowner webinars or organising customer events.
- Testing new software for more effective customer pre-qualification.
- Innovating new sales methods and tech to improve results.
Voice of the Customer
- Strategic Feedback: As the touchpoint for more homeowners than anyone else, your insights into what drives conversions (and hesitation) directly inform decisions in Product & Marketing.
- Insight Integration: Use customer feedback to guide decisions. Voice of the Customer defines the fundamental shape of what we do.
North Star Focus
- Outcome-Driven: Success hinges on one key metric—increasing successful heat pump installations. Every interaction should cater toward achieving this.
