Purpose of the Role

You will be a true Brand Ambassador—naturally engaging with a diverse range of customers to deliver exceptional service and promote our values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving customer loyalty by creating meaningful experiences.
  • Dedicated to exceeding expectations, supporting store KPIs.
  • Swiftly identifying customer needs to offer engaging styling advice.
  • Ensuring high productivity and sales contributions through proactive, professional recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience:
    • Follow the Moss Essential Steps of Service, ensuring customer-centricity (greeting, listening, and offering bespoke advice).
    • Sold outfits with professionalism, passion, and expertise.
  • Sales & Productivity:
    • Seize opportunities to boost store KPIs through high-performance interactions.
    • Ensure consistent service standards, contributing to retail and service goals.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Mastery of all core services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
  • Store Performance & Improvement:
    • Adapt based on Feefo and mystery shop feedback to enhance service quality.
    • Identify external opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist with stockroom and backroom duties, including:
      • Receiving deliveries
      • Stock handling
      • Compliance with stock and cash control procedures to minimise loss.
  • Appointment Management:
    • Manage customer appointments via the Moss platform, ensuring pre-appointment outreach and accurate documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic Product Knowledge – Understanding features, benefits, and store offerings.
  • POS Systems – Familiarity with cash tills, credit/debit card processing, and inventory management.
