What’s the role about? As part of our Retail team, you’ll join our London store as a Sales associate. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team in achieving sales and operational objectives.

What you’ll be doing? Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information and recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets Utilize effective selling technique to maximize sales opportunities Encourage additional purchase though thoughtful spelling and cross- selling Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment. Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays. Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards. Work closely with team members to achieve common goals Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed. Perform inventory adhere to company policies and procedure to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
