We welcome someone who will help maximise sales revenue, build lasting client relationships, and deliver entrepreneurial-level customer service that aligns with Belstaff’s luxury retail standards.


The Role

We’re hiring a part-time Sales Associate (20 hours/week) to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and uphold Belstaff’s legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Set the sales benchmark in-store, achieving personal targets while inspiring colleagues to do the same
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, expertly recommending products tailored to their needs
  • Cross-sell and upsell products confidently across the full range, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Master product knowledge—(key features, care, waxing, customisation, stock availability, and aftersales support)
  • Consistently exceed expectations for customer service in luxury retail, giving every guest an exceptional experience
  • Act as the face of Belstaff, embodying brand values through professional, friendly engagement
  • Stay informed about local events and current affairs to facilitate natural, meaningful conversations
  • Maintain strong internal communication with other Belstaff stores and Head Office

Stock & Security

  • Be the guardian of Belstaff inventory—tagging, auditing, and protecting stock as per company procedures
  • Ensure shop-floor and back-of-house tidiness, keeping products pristine and accessible
  • Align with store security protocols to minimise theft risk
  • Participate in daily stock checks and audits

Visual Merchandising

  • Present products in a way that reflects Belstaff’s brand identity and drives commercial success
  • Follow best practices for display, labelling, and stock rotation to enhance appeal

Support & Leadership

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team on operational matters affecting the store’s safety and profitability
  • Promote a positive, dynamic team culture that fosters success
