Current Opportunity: Sales Associate

  • Contract Length: 20 hours per week

The Challenge & Responsibilities

This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset focused on maximising revenue while fostering long-term client relationships and professional customer service excellence.

Core Duties

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Set the sales benchmark for the store, consistently driving volume, meeting individual targets, and coaching teammates to excel in performance
  • Lead core sales activities (consultations, cross-selling, upselling) and prioritise client engagement as the top priority at all times
  • Confidently guide clients through product selection, leveraging Belstaff’s heritage and features
  • Deliver world-class customer service that exceeds luxury retail standards, covering:
    • Product knowledge (including care, waxing, customisation, after-sales, stock)
    • Complaint resolution
    • Local events + timely conversation topics
  • Model Belstaff’s luxury values with professionalism, knowledge, and adaptability

Stock & Security

  • Enforce corporate security policies: Tag sales, theft prevention, and inventory protection at all times
  • Maintain first-class presentation of products (staged displays, back-office storage standards, condition checks)
  • Actively participate in daily counts and audits

Visual Merchandising

  • Align display layouts to Belstaff’s global standards and the store’s commercial goals
  • Ensure products are visible, labeled accurately, and readily available for purchase

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Liaise daily with Store Managers on safety, profitability and legal compliance
  • Mediate client disputes while fostering positive inter-store relationships
  • Remain updated on regular company & industry standards
